The layout is open to the public on all four sides of the corner. GEL MATIC machines is placed inside a closed space of a minimum size of about 1×1 mt exclusively dedicated to the maintenance and loading of the machine.
The spaces for the preparation of raw materials are exposed and storage is provided in the area below the counter.
