TFSK is a food retail concept dedicated to the preparation of cold soups made with fresh fruits and vegetables, topping with aromatic herbs. The principles underlying are -km0- using of local products-, self-production, ecology and biology.

The Fresh Soups Kiosk, strictly vegetarian, are flavored with herbs grown in the vertical garden -vertical garden walls can fit anywhere plus easy to maintain- which is fertilized with the soil due by the self-composting of organic matter.

This establishes a virtuous circle between fruits and vegetables waste, its recycling for the compost production, the fertilization of aromatic plants which at the end of the circle becomes raw materials for the soup preparation.
